Fundamentals of a Healthy Life -online course consists of 5 different topics related to well-being. Every module not only share an insight, information, tools and tips of the topic itself, but will connect the links between different areas.
Mind has a great power over your daily life and it plays crucial role in permanent lifestyle changes. In this module you will learn the effects of it and how to be in charge of your mental well-being by using mindset, emotional resilience and self-awareness. You will determine your values and goals which will help you build inner motivation and clarify your priorities. Discover what suits you by self-examination and asses the importance of different emotions in lifestyle changes.
What is important for your body’s functions in the matter of physical activity and how to include these to your own training? What to pay attention to, no matter the sport or activity? All these questions will be answered in addition to introducing you to the importance of informal exercise, revealing how to get the motivation to move and why you need to take body's supporting muscles seriously. You will also learn better ways to move and get tools to work towards a pain free body. Be ready to unlock the joy of using your body!
Let us guide you deep into the world of sleep. It's the most important thing we do during the day, yet it's usually the aspect of well-being getting the least attention. Learn why we sleep, what affects it and what are the functions of different sleep stages. Get clear tools for better sleep and learn what kind of sleeper you are.
Forget strict diets and limitations! We won't be counting calories or give you a ready diet that you must follow. In addition to getting valuable information about nutrients, you will learn how to determine suitable diet for yourself, how to plan a balanced meal and get solutions for how to eat healthy when life happens. After this module you have needed tools for a healthy diet, and you have learned easier habits to maintain a good diet without being too strict.
What would you think if we'd say that stress can be good for you? Harness good stress as your helper and learn how to manage distress. The negative affects of chronic stress can be massive, but by learning resilience and having a mindset shift about stress can protect you from those. Planning and prioritizing will have a big role in this module. Let's tame stress together!

In the end of each module, you will complete a task where you will take all this knowledge and apply it to yourself and your life. By this we ensure that you have really understood the topic and will be able to adapt to different life situations.
Different chapters of the course will be delivered to you weekly to guarantee that you have the time needed for the tasks and creating the habits. The bigger the habit, the longer time it will take to create.
